So, I’m going to Bonnaroo this year. I’ve been thinking about going for a long time (going back a couple of years), but I decided to finally go before I move to Orlando. I wrote about it and other stuff going on in my life in my new blog: http://tylerswetzel.blogspot.com/
I will probably still use this for photos and videos, but I’m going to try and focus my social networking...

My Grandpa Wetzel is in the Hospital ICU, he suffered a major stroke on Friday, fell and hit his head hard. The stroke affected most of his left brain and some of his right, caused by blockages in his veins, and, since his stroke, has developed pneumonia in his lungs. It doesn’t look to good, at all. Please keep my Grandma and the rest of the family in your thoughts.

Muse/U2 - The 360° Tour - 10/09/09 Raymond James Stadium - Tampa, FL
In short, the show was amazing. Like the blink show a couple of weeks ago, it was hot, hot, HOT outside, record highs for Florida this time of year. The show broke the attendance record for the stadium. [The setlists of both bands are at the bottom.]
Muse started it all off, this was my first time seeing them - being a fan of...
blink-182 Reunion in Tampa
Short and sweet review.
I went to the blink show on September 27th in Tampa. It was really awesome, they have never sounded better (well, in the last few tours). The set was full of hits and selections from the last three albums, a good standard for a reunion. These were the openers for me: Asher Roth, The All-American Rejects, and Fall Out Boy. Roth sounds way too much like Eminem, other than...

love is our resistance
hello again tumblr. sorry about disappearing for awhile.
Picked up the newest Muse album, it is goooood. It is, seriously, one of the best albums this year. United States of Eurasia, alone, is one of the single greatest things I have heard this year. Go and get this album. Now. NOW. Please support bands that deserve it.
Also, that Coldplay concert I was going to go to that was postponed back at...

Last night was one of the greatest concerts I have ever been to, it was most certainly the greatest Green Day show I have ever been to - and I’ve been to a good number of them.
First off, the weather. It was a nice blue skyed day, but it was hot. 100 degrees hot. So waiting outside to get inside in that heat really drained some of my energy, which I regained after I got in there.

Map Of The Problematique
Ok, need to type something up worthwhile. Yes, the video posts have been awesome, but I should go back to writing something up.
Still looking up different jobs, trying to find something that will be of my interests, using my abilities, and be good paying so I can save up to finish out my schooling and have some extra for spending. So, yea, I am going to hit it hard looking for jobs next month.

wanna be startin' something
So, I was cleaning up and out my room, it needed it and I am very OCD about putting albums, DVDs, games, clothes, etc. in order of something, so, cleaning, for me, takes a good week. Well, I was going through my 4 boxes of my vinyl albums (I love vinyls) and I found a couple of albums, one I was looking for and one I forgot I had. First off, I was looking for my album of Michael Jackson’s...
The Beatles Rock Band
The following is the 25 songs (out of the 45 songs in the game) announced for the video game “The Beatles Rock Band” which is released on September 9th and is a Day One purchase for me:
“And Your Bird Can Sing”
“Back in the U.S.S.R.”
“Birthday”
“Can’t Buy Me Love”
“Day Tripper”
“Dig a Pony”
“Do...
in a little while, surely you'll be mine
in a little while, I’ll be there
That was most definitely a crazy weekend.
Last Saturday, I hosted a big get together at my house with some family friends. I don’t think this house has had that much people in it, ever. Mostly, there was Rock Band/Guitar Hero and Wii games involved - and a LOT of horrible singing, which is always awesomely funny. Yes, video was made. I don’t...
tyler has died of dysentery
So, I got a call from Sprint yesterday, about an hour before I was going out to hang with the Clines, telling me this: “We regret to inform you that we went with a different direction with the position.” So, I didn’t get the job. I’m not upset though, I didn’t have the expericene they wanted.
So, I am back to square one, looking for a job. Although, I think I’m...
All The Right Friends
I got called for a second interview with Sprint, while I was out to lunch. I am happy that they called me. The funny thing though, that interview is, tomorrow at 10am.
This is a behind the scenes of a short film I made, called ‘Hit and Run’, when I was in Jacksonville.
To see it in HD: click here.
even better than the real thing, child
Hi people.
First off, I had my first interview with Sprint last Thursday. Honestly, I think it went, okay. They asked me a bunch of technical questions and some past experience stuff, the usual. Now I just await for the second interview, the one with the manager - hopefully they call me back for it.
The Fourth of July was nice. I went and watched Cape Coral’s “Red, White, and...

beyond the world circuit (a tragedy)
Hello Again.
Last week, I talked with Sprint about a tech position that was created. I have sent in my application and resume, and now, I’m just awaiting a call or something along that lines.
4th of July is coming up. I have no plans, as of yet.
Also, I just torrent’d Michael Jackson’s Moonwalker film. Awesome.
Well, I will type more in here later tonight.
Well, I have officially been changing my username to a more “easy-to-relate” one.

Yes, it isn’t that orginal, but it is a whole lot easier to tell people, than that last one. It’s a new ‘internet era’ for me.
Candy Apple Grey
Busy week it has been. *ahem* Sorry, Yoda is not writing this blog.
But yes, it was a packed week. First off, watching all of the E3 stuff on TV and the net was exciting. Steve Wiebe has become one of my heroes.
The Finals have started. I am definitely rooting for the Lakers in this one (hate the Magic). Sunday’s game was intense, but I think 2-0 is a great way to start off the series, ha,...

holy toast and bananas, batman!
I’ve been away for a while. I went on a short, little road trip back up to Jacksonville then to Orlando this past week. I would have wrote in here, I really need to find a great Tumblr app for my Blackberry (I did twitter a lot though, if you have one, follow me).
I watched the new Terminator film on Wednesday the 20th at Midnight (for free) with a friend, then while I was up in...
1012 Update
At 4:08pm, about 10 minutes ago, my new Blackberry provisioned into Sprint’s network, after I worked on it some. So, that’s good.
Ok, have a great day all.

So, I haven’t been online much. Just been really busy lately with a ton of stuff. I thought I would come on here and update.
I am going back up to Jacksonville for a couple of nights this upcoming weekend and then spending next week in Orlando. So, I will be spending even less time on here.
Also, I upgraded myself to a Red Blackberry Curve. I bought it last Wednesday, but because of my...

Well, I’m making this Green Day week, in celebration of the new album dropping this Friday. So, I thought I’d post some pictures…
I ordered Warning on vinyl from Interpunk last week, when it came I got an awesome surprise.

So, this Warning album goes with the other Green Day’s in my vinyl collection.

'cause I don't give a shit about the Modern Age
Today was great. Ordered Green Day floor tickets. Went and watched Star Trek in IMAX, to which I say it is an amazing film, one of the best remake/reboot films I’ve ever seen, I highly recommend it. And, got some things done around the house.
But, talking about Green Day, I can’t stop listening to their new album here. Every single song is amazing, in my opinion. I am still trying to...

Quick update.
Tuesday, I went with my friend Evan to the Reds/Marlins game in Miami. Reds ended up winning seven to nothing with Volquez dominating. The Marlin fans were none too happy. First off, NOBODY was there, the stadium was practically empty, it was like a spring training game, but most of the people were Marlin fans, very drunk and mad fans. Second, it was Cinco de Mayo! so that made a...
A really great tip!
Everyone should do this. Take some hydrocodone and relax to some No Line on the Horizon. It’s so peaceful.
okay. I’m done.
The Conclusion!
So, had my wisdom teeth taken out about 9 hours ago. No trouble with the precedure, I was in and out. My face looked like a chipmunk for awhile, though. It probably still does to an extent. I’ve been bleeding a lot though, which is to be expected. The worse pain through out it all are the headache, they suck ass. The meds help that pain, and I love them for it.
Other than that and then I...

Well, at 9am this morning, Friday, I go and get my 4 wisdom teeth removed. I feel no pressure, this is nothing compared to the two lower back surgeries I’ve gone through, one of those, alone, took a good half of a year to recover from.
So, I will be updating this and my twitter during my post-op recovery (so, this weekend will be a busy one here on Tumblr/Twitter). I’m excited to see...

So, I’ve been expanding my vinyl collection. Thought I would share some of my newest records in my collection.
I’ve already posted this one, the double vinyl of U2’s No Line on the Horizon album. (very fitting that my Irish Flag is behind me)
Here are some new ones:
Smashing Pumpkins’ Siamese Dream
The Beach Boy’s Pet Sounds
The Beatles’ Abbey Road

I am finally back home in Cape Coral. I left Jacksonville a day earlier, got in late Wednesday night. Traffic was horrible going from Daytona to Orlando (it was rush hour).
I stopped at Virgin, again, like always. I picked up two more vinyls that were on sale - Green Day’s Dookie (180g vinyl!) and Smashing Pumpkins’ Siamese Dream. Bought some misc. gifts for some people and ate at the...
